About the position: We are looking for you who have worked as an HVAC Technician / Balancing Specialist in ventilation for a few years. You have good technical knowledge of ventilation and a genuine hands-on approach to work. You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and accustomed to taking your own initiative and making well-founded decisions to move work forward and handle challenges that arise in daily operations. To succeed in the role, you have experience with installation and service work in ventilation, good reading comprehension of technical drawings, and basic computer skills. You are comfortable using the Office suite and other digital tools to support your work. You thrive in a varied role with great freedom of responsibility, where you meet different customers and work on both larger and smaller projects. As a person, you are service-minded, responsible, and good at collaborating with both colleagues and customers. We are looking for you who have: - Several years of experience in ventilation service and balancing. - Experience with airflow measurements, airflow balancing, and OVK inspections. - B-category driver's license - Good computer skills and ability to handle the Office suite - An OVK certificate (advantageous).
