Teknisk Fastighetsservice AB, TFS, is a Norrland-based company that handles maintenance and development of properties for customers who are property owners and users in industry, public and commercial operations. The company operates within service and preventive maintenance of building technical installations for HVAC, heating, cooling, electrical and automation. The operations are located in Norrland with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, with headquarters in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with close to 500 employees, of which approximately 250 are employed at TFS.
About the Position
In the role as an HVAC technician, you will largely work independently in the field on many different types of service assignments. The work tasks consist of qualified service commitments, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, as well as new construction and renovations. The work includes both planned and more urgent jobs and is varied with many social contact points. As an HVAC technician, you will plan, coordinate and perform service and installation work for our various customers. Your main work tasks will consist of:
Service and installation work within HVAC
Troubleshooting, corrective proposals, new construction and renovations
Daily contact with our customers
In the role as an HVAC technician, you are the face of TFS to the outside and an important contact for our customers as you become part of creating the building technology of the future.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in service or installation work with a focus on HVAC. It is meritorious if you hold OVK certification or have experience in control and regulation technology. In order to handle the role as an HVAC technician, a class B driver's license is required.
