You don't need prior experience with ventilation – for us, the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to develop are more important than an extensive CV. A hands-on career with room to grow As a ventilation technician at Ventimera, you'll work on improving ventilation and indoor climate in our customers' homes. You'll have varied, hands-on work where no two days are exactly the same. You'll work both independently and with colleagues, and you'll be responsible for ensuring our installations are completed professionally and with quality in mind. Since the work takes place in our customers' homes, attention to detail, responsibility, and friendly customer service are essential parts of the job. No ventilation experience? No problem. We don't believe all good technicians have to come from the ventilation industry. That's why when you start with us, you'll go through Ventimera's introduction and internal training, where you'll learn our products, work methods, and installation procedures. You'll gradually learn the trade in practice with the goal of becoming a confident and independent ventilation technician. If you have prior experience from construction, assembly, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, or other hands-on work, that's definitely a plus – but it's not a requirement. What will you do? Your tasks may include: Drilling holes in walls and facades Installing ventilation pipes and ducts Installing and mounting ventilation units Installing and replacing vents Adjusting ventilation systems Testing the functionality of completed installations Troubleshooting and simple problem-solving Customer contact before, during, and after the work The work is physical and hands-on, and it's perfect for you if you'd rather work with your hands than sit at a desk all day.
