The Ministry of Transportation (Registration No. 90000088687) announces a competition for a Senior Specialist position in the Security Policy Coordination Division for an indefinite period.

Key Responsibilities:
organize and coordinate civil-military cooperation and civil defense measures in the transport and communications sectors;
ensure the organization and supervision of special record-keeping and classified information circulation for the ministry, subordinate institutions, and capital companies;
organize support from the transport and communications sectors to the National Armed Forces and foreign armed forces, and coordinate NATO-related cooperation;
monitor state civil defense, mobilization, and state material reserves planning measures in the transport and communications sectors;
draft legal acts and policy planning documents, prepare opinions, and advise the ministry's subordinate institutions on security policy matters;
monitor the validity of special permits and certificates, and perform other tasks related to the division's competence.
Requirements for Candidates:
compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law and Article 9 of the "State Secrets" Law;
higher academic or second-level professional higher education;
at least 3 years of work experience in state administration;
at least 3 years of work experience in drafting legal acts and policy planning documents;
practical experience in organizing and managing special record-keeping, ensuring document circulation and record-keeping in accordance with regulatory requirements;
knowledge of the transport and communications sector and understanding of the state civil defense system;
understanding of information protection and special record-keeping regulations;
ability to coordinate security-related issues in the transport and communications sector;
English language proficiency at least at B2 level (for information preparation, document analysis, and participation in international meetings);
ability to accurately, timely, and qualitatively perform job duties, prepare and present information;
excellent communication skills.
