Rīgas Metālapstrādes profesionālā vidusskola (registration No. 90001256958) invites applications for a permanent position of Senior Records Manager (profession code 3341 03) Responsibilities: • ensure document circulation, systematization and storage; • organize personnel document management for the school; • provide consultations on document submission requirements and document circulation; • determine document completion deadlines in accordance with management resolutions and regulatory acts governing document execution procedures; • prepare completed cases for transfer to the archive; • work with systems (Horizon\HOP, VIIS and other databases) and collaborate with VPC on accounting matters (Redmine); • and other responsibilities according to the job description. Requirements: • secondary, professional secondary or higher education; • experience in records management of at least one year; • communication and collaboration skills; • ability to work in high-intensity conditions; • strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel. Salary - EUR 1080 (gross).
