Main duties: analyze information in accounts of socially insured persons, identify causes of errors and correct errors in information about insured persons in state general budget and state social insurance special budgets regarding insurance periods, mandatory state social insurance contributions and contribution objects; verify calculations of minimum mandatory contributions based on submissions from private individuals, prepare responses, and provide consultations to private individuals on matters within the job competence; register information in accounts of socially insured persons provided by the Saeima and sectoral ministries; register state social insurance contributions for former municipal council (board) officials, for persons who voluntarily joined state social insurance and contributions made by persons for pension insurance in cases where the employer has not made contributions; calculate overpaid mandatory state social insurance contributions. We expect: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; academic higher education (bachelor) or second-level professional higher education (preferably in social sciences); preferred previous work experience (preference given to candidates with experience in application of administrative procedures in state and municipal institutions (at least one year) and work with the Social Insurance Information System (SAIS)); general knowledge of administrative procedures, state social insurance and regulatory norms governing it; education acquired in the state language or state language proficiency at C level stage 1; developed competencies in
