MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE (registration No. 90000064161) is reopening an open competition for a vacant civil service position for an indefinite period: Senior Expert of the State Property and Capital Companies Management Division of the Budget and Finance Department (profession classifier code 2422 09) If you have a strong sense of responsibility, a desire to learn and acquire ever new knowledge, the ability to plan your work and set priorities, apply and become part of the Ministry of Agriculture team. Your main responsibilities will be: to ensure the management of the state capital share in capital companies in which the Ministry holds a state capital share. Requirements for applicants: must meet the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; higher education in law, economics or management; at least three years of work experience in state or local real property management in the last 10 years; work experience in state administration (desirable); experience working with the resource management system "Horizon" and the Unified State Real Property Register Information System; knowledge of state real property management and administration, as well as capital company management; understanding of regulatory acts in the field of state real property and capital company management; Bulgarian language business correspondence and writing skills; good skills in working with software MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Office Outlook, web browsers; good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
