Main job duties: manage the Central Resource Management System Horizon (Horizon) in accordance with processes and regulatory documents; perform Financial Accounting (FG) Horizon configuration and master data management and maintenance; perform FG Horizon scenario and flow management and maintenance; manage FG Horizon reports and forms; manage FG Horizon error reporting and resolution process and update management; perform FG Horizon update and change testing, oversee change implementation process; provide consulting and methodological support on FG Horizon management and improvement opportunities; participate in Horizon development and improvement projects. Requirements for candidates: higher education in economics (preferably in economics, accounting, or finance studies) or management studies (preferably in business or management science studies) or information technology (hereinafter – IT), computer science, electronics, telecommunications, computer control, or computer science studies; work experience in data management in accounting systems, accounting experience longer than one year; knowledge of budget accounting in multiple industry areas; advanced knowledge and skills working with the resource management system Horizon; conceptual and analytical thinking; problem-solving and good communication skills, critical thinking; high stress tolerance.
