National Health Service (Registration No. 90009649337) announces a competition for a state civil service position – Senior Expert in the Outpatient Services Division of the Medical Services Department (for a fixed term, profession code 2422 09) Main job responsibilities: forecast, assess, and plan the amount of state funds needed for home health care and palliative care services; maintain and supervise payment and settlement system classifiers and monitor compliance of payment conditions with regulatory requirements; coordinate the settlement process for state-funded outpatient health care services; develop procedures for the provision of outpatient health care services; analyze data on provided state-funded services; prepare draft letters for correspondence with individuals and legal entities; participate in meetings and working groups within the scope of competence. Requirements for applicants: higher education in medicine, public health, natural sciences, finance, or economics; knowledge in the field of health care will be considered an advantage; very good skills with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; ability to work independently, organize your work according to set deadlines; high sense of responsibility, logical thinking; good communication and cooperation skills; good analytical skills; state language proficiency level C1; English language proficiency level B1 to successfully research foreign experience in health care issues; ability to work in conditions of increased intensity if necessary; compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law.
