We will entrust you with: monitoring the transport energy market in accordance with external regulatory acts; examining applications and complaints, preparing draft responses; providing methodological support and consultations, participating in the improvement of regulatory acts and legal regulations; representing the department's rights and interests in cooperation with state and municipal institutions, as well as individuals and legal entities; ensuring the progress of administrative matters, including requesting and evaluating information, preparing draft decisions and controlling the implementation of adopted decisions. We expect that you have: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; higher education (at least a bachelor's degree) in engineering sciences, as well as in economics, management sciences or law, but we will also consider candidates with other education if supplemented with professional knowledge relevant to the field; preference for candidates with professional experience in the energy sector, as well as experience in state or municipal institutions working with energy and/or environmental protection legislation; English language knowledge for working with European Union regulatory acts; desired Category B driver's license; ability to work with standard office software and e-signature. Equally important are analytical thinking, results orientation, the ability to effectively plan and organize your work, excellent communication and cooperation skills, as well as the ability to express your opinion persuasively.
