Construction and Technology Division
(fixed-term position until December 31, 2029)

Key job responsibilities:
prepare technical specifications and work assignments for construction projects;
participate in design and construction meetings, monitor decision implementation;
evaluate changes proposed by contractors or designers, assess the sustainability of new solutions and their impact on operation;
ensure that construction projects, construction work, and materials comply with requirements and contractual terms;
monitor project quality, risks, and deadlines.
Requirements for candidates:
higher education (in construction or related field);
practical experience in construction supervision, inspection, or acceptance;
understanding of construction regulations in Latvia;
preferred – experience working with EU funded projects;
ability to independently organize work and make decisions;
good collaboration and communication skills.
