in the Swiss Programme Division of the Education Content Department
(fixed-term employment position until November 30, 2029)

Key responsibilities:
Prepare methodological support materials and guidelines for enterprises and educators on implementing industry-based vocational qualification acquisition and assessment models in Latvia.
In collaboration with expert working groups, develop the procedures for implementing industry-based education, documenting learning outcomes, and prepare necessary support materials and sample documents for enterprises.
Analyze international experience and recommend solutions that would improve the effectiveness and sustainability of project results.
Evaluate materials and processes developed within the project framework, providing recommendations for improvements.
Timely identify and analyze potential risks in work performance and offer constructive solutions to prevent them.
Requirements for applicants:
Academic or second-level professional higher education in pedagogy or education sciences (minimum level 7 of LKI).
At least 3 years of work experience in developing, organizing, and managing professional development of educators, as well as in communication with cooperation partners.
Experience in education content and methodological materials development in vocational education.
Knowledge of vocational education content and its implementation regulatory framework, teaching process procedures in educational institutions.
Knowledge and skills in process planning, analysis, and description, as well as in developing structured procedures, guidelines, and methodological documents and monitoring their implementation.
Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs, online collaboration tools, and document management systems. Ability to purposefully use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve efficiency of daily work processes and content development.
Excellent Latvian language proficiency, English – minimum B2 level.
