The State Employment Agency announces a competition for a position in the Personnel Development Department:
Senior Expert for the ESF Plus project "Strengthening the Performance of the State Employment Agency" to promote employee development and experience exchange

Position Objective - to ensure the implementation of activities under the European Social Fund Plus project "Strengthening the Performance of the State Employment Agency" in accordance with regulatory requirements, project goals and tasks, approved indicators and defined results.
Requirements for Candidates:
academic higher education or second-level professional higher education, preferably in social sciences;
experience in employee development and training issues, preferably in public administration;
knowledge of public procurement procedures;
analytical thinking, ability to evaluate facts and data, predict and mitigate risks;
desirable English language knowledge for communication with foreign cooperation partners;
computer skills and ability to work with office equipment;
good planning and organizational skills, initiative, ability to work in a team and make decisions;
a valid e-signature tool is required to perform job duties.
Main Job Responsibilities:
organize training and development activities for agency employees;
develop and coordinate internship and mentorship programs at the agency;
organize experience exchange visits for agency employees;
organize and participate in the implementation of a competency assessment system at the agency;
develop procurement documentation for activities to be carried out within the project;
prepare information and reports on project implementation.

The candidate evaluation commission will not evaluate applications that do not include the documents specified in this announcement. We will contact candidates who are selected for the second round of personnel selection.
The selection competition will take place in three rounds:
First round - evaluation of candidates' education and work experience based on submitted documents;
Second round - practical assignment to assess the candidate's knowledge and skills;
Third round - interview to assess knowledge, skills and competencies in accordance with the requirements set for the position.
The Agency requests candidates participating in the selection competition not to submit additional data, including special category personal data, that are not necessary to assess the candidate's suitability for the specific vacancy. If a candidate submits personal data that is not necessary within the selection process, it is considered that the candidate has consented to the processing of such personal data.
