State Defence Service Department
(for a specified period of civil service absence)

Main job duties:
develop draft regulatory acts, provide opinions on draft legal acts developed by other institutions and organizations in the field of the State Defence Service conscription selection policy;
prepare draft administrative acts and other documents in the conscription selection process;
analyze information, provide expertise in the conscription selection process;
process information in information systems, prepare reports and statements;
cooperate with NAF regular forces units or Defence System units and institutions, organizing conscription referral in the selection process;
provide consultations, participate in public communication regarding the selection process.
Requirements for applicants:
compliance with the requirements of Section 9 of the Law "On State Secrets";
compliance with the requirements of Section 7 of the State Civil Service Law;
academic or second-level professional higher education in law;
experience in drafting regulatory acts;
knowledge of administrative procedure law and experience in preparing draft administrative acts;
good analytical skills, experience in information compilation and analysis;
desirable legal work experience in public administration or the judicial system;
good knowledge and understanding of the state defence sector and NAF tasks, knowledge of military service procedures;
sense of responsibility and precision;
ability to clearly and substantively express your opinion, ability to work in a team.
To perform the duties of this position, the civil servant must use an independently issued national electronic identification solution, i.e., eSignature eID
The employee holding this position is subject to Section 17, paragraph 1, point 23 of the Law "On the State of Emergency and Exceptional Circumstance"
