We invite you to join our IT Maintenance team as a SENIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR You will be entrusted with: Maintaining and developing network infrastructure: L2/L3, VLAN segmentation, routing, perimeter Participating in IT infrastructure implementation, migration, and improvement projects Configuring and managing network equipment - routers, switches, access points, firewalls Participating in the implementation and maintenance of Fortinet network and security solutions, including management of FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer solutions Ensuring secure VPN connections and firewall rules (with 2FA and "least privilege" access) Managing remote site data connections - 4G/LTE modems (thermal cameras and other remote devices) Caring for core services (DNS, DHCP) and monitoring (e.g., Zabbix), analyzing alerts and traffic Creating and maintaining IP plans and network documentation (topology diagrams, change logs, etc.) Providing Level 2/3 support, resolving incidents, addressing root causes, and planning changes Join us if you have: Academic or other tertiary education in information technology, telecommunications, or related field At least 3 years of experience in network administration/engineering Very good understanding of VLAN, VPN, firewalls, addressing, and routing Experience configuring network equipment (switches, access points, routers, 4G/LTE solutions) Experience with DNS/DHCP and any monitoring tool (e.g., Zabbix) Experience in production/OT environments (e.g., SCADA), with interest in network security and automation considered an advantage Experience with Fortinet Security Fabric, SD-WAN, IPsec/SSL VPN, HA clusters, and centralized firewall policy management considered an advantage State language proficiency at C1 level, English proficiency at B2 level for working with technical documentation and partner collaboration Ability to make decisions and justify your opinion Skill to document and communicate clearly Ability to work in a team, build positive cooperation and productive relationships Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems Ability to plan your work, prioritize, and take responsibility for results Willingness and ability to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge Readiness to work in a rapidly changing business-oriented environment, accept new ideas and technologies We offer you: An opportunity to join an industry-leading company that develops sustainable projects with modern and supportive management Opportunities for professional development within the company Salary from 3100 - 3450 EUR gross per month according to experience and qualifications Annual bonus according to achieved results Health insurance, additional vacation days, training, wellness and physical activity support measures and other company benefits after probation period Partially remote work and parking facilities at our office in Riga, 3A Cēsu Street Please send your CV and motivation letter to: [email protected] For questions, please contact us at: 24421189 We highly value every application, but please note that we will contact only those candidates who are selected for the next selection round.
