CESAB is seeking, on behalf of our client, a commercially minded and confident Chief Executive Officer for a well-established company in France with approximately 100 employees and annual revenue of 100-200 million. You will have a key role with significant influence over the company's development, profitability, and future. You will lead the operations through the company's management team and be responsible for results, organization, and business development. The role involves close collaboration with the Swedish parent company, and you will be part of the group's management team. We are looking for someone who: Has experience leading operations and developing organizations. Is a confident and commercially-minded leader with good technical understanding. Speaks and writes fluent French and has good knowledge of Swedish. Has experience negotiating and interpreting contracts. Thrives in an international environment where you combine strategic leadership with operational responsibility.
