You have likely worked as a project manager, branch manager, business manager, or in another leadership role where you've had responsibility for people, finances, and business. You don't need to be a CEO today. What's most important is that you have strong business acumen, are comfortable with financial matters, and feel at ease with budgeting, forecasting, results monitoring, and reporting. We believe you have experience from a larger organization or corporate environment where structure, monitoring, and clear processes have been a natural part of operations.
