It is in this development phase that OP Höglund is now seeking its next CEO. About the Role As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing OP Höglund's operations. You are stepping into a company with extensive experience, strong industry knowledge, and well-functioning operations, where the next step is to strengthen the strategic perspective and create a clear direction for the future. The role focuses on driving the company's strategic development, developing the organization and working methods, and identifying new paths for continued profitable growth. Your main responsibilities: - Take responsibility for OP Höglund's overall operations and results - Drive the company's strategy and long-term development - Lead, develop, and provide clear direction for the organization - Develop and streamline production, processes, and working methods - Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing/adjacent market segments - Lead the management team and collaborate closely with the board and owners About You We are looking for someone with experience leading and developing a business and who thrives in an environment where you have a large mandate to make an impact. You are accustomed to combining a strategic perspective with an understanding of operational business. We see that you have experience from manufacturing industry and a good understanding of production, streamlining, and commercial development. Technical education and experience from the forestry industry or related sectors are advantageous, but above all we are looking for a strong industrial leader. As a person, you are strategic and business-minded, but also decisive and present. You dare to challenge established practices, make decisions, and drive change while having the ability to build trust and bring people along. You are a communicative leader who enjoys working close to operations and who sees the value in allowing competent employees to take responsibility within their areas.
