About the role You are stepping into a company with big ambitions. We are facing significant expansion where the goal is clear: to grow in the European market and continue developing our digital sales channels while building a strong and profitable operation. As CEO, you will be the one who holds everything together. You lead the operation forward, develop the business, create structure for growth, and build an engaged team where people have the opportunity to develop and succeed together. You will work closely with owners, the board, and employees in a daily environment where ideas can quickly become reality and where the right decisions have immediate impact. We don't follow a finished script; we write it ourselves! The position is based in Mora where the main part of the operation is located. Travel within Sweden and Europe will occur. Laseronline is part of SkyTech SkyTech combines custom manufacturing, smart ordering systems, and short lead times. We offer technical services for operations that need uniquely designed products in time-sensitive projects, across many industries. Today, the SkyTech group is the foundation for over 20 companies with global presence. Core operations are collected under the Signs On Demand division, Europe's largest player in sign sales to installers. Elsewhere we look ahead through the investment area Laseronline, which includes the brands StålDirect and ProForger. Here the focus shifts to metal, with new unique technology that enables the market's fastest manufacturing of custom steel parts. With experience from what has already been built, SkyTech continues to find new areas where our model can take root. Regardless of area, the fundamental principle is the same: smart technology, efficient processes, solutions adapted for niche and complex needs, and fast deliveries.
