As of October 1st, Equipment Rental becomes its own company within the Byggbetjänten Group, taking the next step in its development.
With operations in Karlskoga, Lindesberg, Västerås, Skövde, and Örebro, Equipment Rental has built a strong market position. Through high service standards, close customer relationships, and a clear local presence, the company has created a stable foundation for continued growth. The ambition is to continue growing together with both existing and new customers, develop the business, and create long-term partnerships for the future.
Now we're looking for a CEO who wants to write the next chapter.
This is a role for someone who thrives when things happen. You enjoy developing operations, creating structure, and driving the business forward. At the same time, you're drawn to the opportunity to be part of an established company taking the next step as its own entity.
A day close to the business
As CEO, you'll have the opportunity to lead Equipment Rental into its next phase. Together with the owner and group management, you'll be responsible for continuing to develop the business with a focus on profitability, structure, and long-term customer relationships.
This is a role where you need to be comfortable working close to the operations. One day it's about customer meetings, investments, and sales; the next it's about developing the organization, creating more efficient processes, or discussing future expansions. You naturally switch between strategic questions and day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities
Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:
Leading and developing the business with full responsibility for results, profitability, and growth.
Continuing to develop sales and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
Creating structure, efficient processes, and conditions for continued expansion.
Developing collaboration within the Byggbetjänten Group and identifying new business opportunities.
Contributing to the development of new locations and depots.
Building an organization where people thrive, develop, and take responsibility.
Being a visible and present leader with a strong focus on customers, employees, and business.
Who are you?
We believe you come from the equipment rental industry and understand the interplay between sales, service, and long-term customer relationships. You have strong business acumen and thrive in an environment with a fast pace and short decision-making processes.
Perhaps you currently work as a site manager, regional manager, or operations manager and feel it's time to take the next step. You're used to working with profit responsibility and are motivated by developing both operations and people.
We also want you to have:
Experience in sales and business development.
Good financial understanding and experience working to budgets and clear goals.
The ability to combine structure and efficiency with decisiveness and entrepreneurial spirit.
Clear, confident, and engaging leadership.
The ability to create long-term relationships and good collaborations, both internally and externally.
