With operations in Karlskoga, Lindesberg, Västerås, Skövde, and Örebro, Hyrmaskiner has built a strong market position. Through high service levels, close customer relationships, and a clear local presence, the company has created a stable foundation for continued growth. The ambition is to continue growing together with both existing and new customers, develop the business, and create long-term partnerships for the future.

A daily life close to the business
As CEO, you will have the opportunity to lead Hyrmaskiner into its next phase. Together with the owner and group management, you are responsible for continuing to develop the business with a focus on profitability, structure, and long-term customer relationships.
This is a role where you need to thrive close to operations. One day involves customer meetings, investments, and sales; the next day involves developing the organization, creating more efficient work processes, or discussing future establishments. You naturally switch between strategic matters and operational day-to-day tasks.

Your assignment
Some of your most important responsibilities will be to:
Lead and develop the business with full responsibility for results, profitability, and growth.
Continue developing sales and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
Create structure, efficient work processes, and conditions for continued expansion.
Develop collaboration within the Byggbetjänten Group and identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to the development of new establishments and depots.
Build an organization where people enjoy their work, develop, and take responsibility.
Be a visible and present leader with a strong focus on customers, employees, and business.
Who are you?
We believe you come from the equipment rental industry and understand the interplay between sales, service, and long-term customer relationships. You have strong business acumen and thrive in an environment where the pace is high and decision-making is quick.
Perhaps you are working today as a site manager, regional manager, or operations manager and feel it's time to take the next step. You are used to working with profit responsibility and are motivated by developing both businesses and people.
We also want you to have:
Experience in sales and business development.
Good financial understanding and experience working toward budgets and clear targets.
The ability to combine structure and efficiency with decisiveness and entrepreneurial spirit.
Clear, confident, and engaging leadership.
The ability to create long-term relationships and good collaborations, both internally and externally.
