About the Role As CEO, you will have full responsibility for the company's continued development and profitability. You will be a key person in setting direction, creating engagement, and translating business opportunities into concrete results. An important part of the role is developing the company's business and customer relationships. You are expected to be a visible and trustworthy representative who enjoys meeting with customers, partners, and other decision-makers at management level. You will, among other things: Lead and develop the business with responsibility for results, budget, and organization. Identify and drive new business opportunities with a focus on profitable growth. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers and partners. Leverage your network within the construction and real estate industry to create new opportunities. Ensure high quality, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction. Develop the organization and create conditions for employees to succeed. Be an active part of the group's continued development and benefit from the expertise that exists within the group. Drive development forward with an open mind toward new technology, new ways of working, and future solutions. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is driven, competitive, and business-minded, with a strong commercial focus and a well-established network within the construction and real estate industry. You have experience running businesses, developing customer relationships, and creating profitable growth. As a leader, you are unpretentious and have an easy way of building trust and engagement around you. You have experience from a CEO role, sales management position, or other senior position with clear responsibility for personnel, budget, and results. Experience from the technology, installation, construction, or real estate industry is a merit. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have a well-established network within the construction and real estate industry. Have documented experience in technical solution and service sales. Are accustomed to working in a business-oriented manner and have a strong commercial focus. Are skilled at building and developing long-term customer relationships.
