Västra förskoleområdet is seeking a childcare provider for an extended temporary assignment. Västra förskoleområdet has six preschools located in Västra Blombacka, Geneta, and Västergård. We want to give children a childhood that equips them for the future and builds their confidence in their own ability to think, learn, and develop. Through our education, we promote communication skills, empathy, creativity, curiosity, and respect for diverse perspectives. Through pedagogical documentation, we make children's learning processes visible and develop them. Language development work is a priority area, and we adults are active and present co-researchers in children's play and learning. Your Responsibilities As a childcare provider, you are an important part of the team and contribute to creating a safe, enjoyable, and educational experience for the children. Together with colleagues, you help implement and develop the preschool's education. Your duties include: - Actively participate in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching and education. - Support children's development, learning, and well-being based on their needs and circumstances. - Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. - Create and develop good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. - Participate in documentation, reflection, and quality work. - Contribute to the development of operations based on the curriculum's goals and the preschool's development areas. - Ensure that all children have the opportunity to participate, have influence, and receive equitable education. Requirements: - Trained childcare provider. - Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - Good digital skills. Merits: - Experience working in a preschool.
