Workplace Description Vasa Real is an elementary school that currently has approximately 830 students in grades F-9. The school also has a Jewish profile for grades 7-9. Vasa Real is HBTQI-certified. Job Description You plan, implement, and evaluate instruction in Physical Education. The position includes mentoring for a class, and you'll be part of a work team and will also have subject colleagues to collaborate with. Teaching takes place in grades 6-9. With high expectations for students, you work both individually and together with colleagues to provide them with the very best instruction. Certification in an additional subject is a merit. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is a certified teacher for grades 6-9 with authorization in Physical Education. We'd appreciate it if you have experience as a mentor and can reflect on practical work in a systematic way, both individually and collegially. It's also a merit if you have experience leading and organizing work so that a safe learning environment is created and you involve students in planning and see collegial learning as a natural starting point for creating new and deepened knowledge. We further expect that you have practical experience managing purchases, etc. You are confident, stable, and have self-awareness. Your ability to collaborate is very strong because you listen and communicate clearly. You have a good understanding of how students learn and adapt your teaching methods accordingly. With great enthusiasm for your subjects, you spark students' curiosity and can explain complex concepts in an understandable way. You are curious, driven, and enjoy tackling challenges you face.
