We are looking for a Store Manager!
Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges that come with running a store? Then we're looking for you to be our new Store Manager at our Vetlanda location. The battle for customers is won in the stores, and now we need you to help us win. Your most important task will be to present a well-maintained and appealing store every day with positive and helpful staff members. This is a permanent full-time position that begins with a six-month probationary period. We would love to have you be part of developing Rusta together with us!
Your Role as Store Manager
As Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your employees to take ownership. You want to continuously develop sales and you understand that good profitability is essential for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and results-focused approach are natural cornerstones of store operations.
Your Responsibilities as Store Manager:
to achieve sales and profit targets for the store – you are responsible for cost optimization and key metrics, optimizing turnover and profitability, and budgeting
personnel responsibility for all store employees, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding
to ensure and implement concepts as well as anchor and execute centrally made decisions
Your Profile
Above all, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is comfortable making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your employees is something you excel at. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard. Straight talk and a good sense of humor are self-evident for you. Additionally, you have:
several years of experience in a leadership position within retail, with personnel and budget responsibility
knowledge of labor law and workplace environment work
experience in sales operations, preferably from an operation handling large volumes
ability to bring the team along
