We are looking for a Store Manager! Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges that come with running a store? Then you're the person we're looking for as our new Store Manager at our Nacka location. The battle for customers happens in our stores, and we need you to help us win it. Your most important task will be to present a well-maintained and appealing store every day with positive and helpful employees. This is a permanent full-time position that begins with a six-month probationary period. We'd love to have you join us and help develop Rusta! Your Role as Store Manager As Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your employees to take ownership. You constantly want to develop sales and you know that good profitability is essential for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and results focus are obvious cornerstones of store operations. Your Responsibilities as Store Manager: Achieving sales and profit targets in the store – you are responsible for cost efficiency and key metrics, optimization of revenue and profitability, and budgeting Personal responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and separation Ensuring and implementing concepts and anchoring and driving centrally made decisions Your Profile First and foremost, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is comfortable making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your employees is one of the things you do best. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard. Straight talk and a good sense of humor are natural for you. Additionally, you have: Several years of experience in a leadership position within retail, with personnel and budget responsibility Knowledge of labor law and work environment management Experience in sales operations, preferably from an operation that handles large volumes A natural ability to bring people along If you are inspired by working in a dynamic environment where flexibility is key, you will thrive with us!
