Your most important task will be to present a well-maintained and appealing store every day with positive and helpful employees. This is a permanent full-time position that begins with a six-month trial period. We would love to have you join us and develop Rusta together! Your Role as Store Manager As Store Manager you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your employees to take ownership. You continuously want to develop sales and you know that good profitability is essential for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency and results focus are self-evident cornerstones of store operations. Your Responsibilities as Store Manager: to achieve sales and profit targets in the store – you are responsible for cost optimization and key metrics, revenue and profitability optimization, and budgeting staff responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and separation to ensure and implement concepts as well as anchor and drive centrally made decisions Your Profile Above all, you are a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is comfortable making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your employees is one of the best things you know. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard. Straight talk and a cheerful attitude are a given for you.
