Your Role as Store Manager As a store manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your employees to take ownership. You continuously want to develop sales, and you know that good profitability is essential for your store. Your Responsibilities as Store Manager: to achieve sales and profit targets in the store – you are responsible for cost optimization and key metrics, revenue and profitability optimization, and budgeting people management for all employees in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding to ensure and implement concepts as well as anchor and drive centrally made decisions Your Profile First and foremost, you are a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is comfortable making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your employees is something you excel at. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard.
