About the Position
Agila Institutet VUX provides municipal adult education (komvux) at several locations, including Västerås, Falun, and Eskilstuna. We have chosen to specialize in vocational training for nursing assistants.
In January, we are opening our new school in Sollentuna (Norrviken) and are now seeking a teacher who wants to be part of the start-up. The position involves working on-site at the school, where you will collaborate with experienced colleagues to contribute to modern adult education of high quality, with close student contact and a clear focus on adult learning.
As a teacher with us, your full focus is on teaching, learning, and each student's knowledge development. We want your time to be spent where it makes the greatest difference – in interaction with students. For this reason, we have experienced course administrators who handle all administrative tasks and work closely with teachers in daily operations.

Qualifications
To be a candidate for this position, you must:
have a teaching degree with a focus on care and nursing
have broad subject expertise within the care field
have excellent pedagogical ability and a professional approach
be flexible, collaborative, and solution-focused
have good IT and computer skills, as digital tools are used daily

Employment Terms
Start date by agreement.
Full-time or part-time.
Employment type: 6-month probationary period.
