About the Position
Agila Institutet VUX provides municipal adult education (komvux) at several locations, including Västerås and Falun. We have chosen to specialize in vocational education within healthcare and care, where our students are trained for work as nursing assistants.
As a healthcare instructor with us, you have a full focus on teaching, learning, and each student's knowledge development. We want your time to be used where it makes the greatest difference – in meeting with students. That's why we have experienced course administrators who are responsible for all administrative tasks and work closely with teachers in daily operations.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must:
have a teacher's degree with a focus on healthcare and care
have broad subject expertise within healthcare and care
have very good pedagogical ability and a professional approach
be flexible, collaboration-oriented, and solution-focused
have good IT and computer skills, as digital tools are used daily
We place great emphasis on your dedication, pedagogical skills, and mentoring abilities when working with adult students.
