DUTIES As Ward Manager at the Endocrine and Gastroenterology Clinic, you will provide present and operational leadership. You are responsible for personnel, work environment, and budget for approximately 18 employees. You will have support functions in the form of an HR partner, accountant, and chief secretary. Invoice review and cost monitoring are also an important part of your assignment, particularly related to medical devices and medications.
