About Us
Vårdcentralen Snabbdoktor Eskilstuna opened on November 21, 2022. We are located in newly built and modern facilities in K43 in Eskilstuna and are a privately owned health center with a clear focus on quality, accessibility, and a good work environment.
Today we have nearly 6,000 registered patients and our operations continue to grow. We are a committed and development-oriented organization where different professions work closely together with the patient at the center.
Now we are looking for you to help us take the next step in our development.
The Role of Operations Manager
As Operations Manager at Vårdcentralen Snabbdoktor, you will have a central role in leading, developing, and creating the conditions for well-functioning operations.
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining clear leadership with presence in daily operations. You will have significant scope to influence and help shape our continued development.
Responsibilities
As Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing the health center. You will work closely with staff, the medical director, and the operations developer, and together you will have an important role in ensuring that operations maintain high quality and develop according to our needs.
The role includes, among other things:
- Lead and coach staff
- Take responsibility for personnel and work environment
- Drive operations development and improvement work
- Ensure clear and effective working methods
- Monitor operations and identify areas for development
- Create good conditions for collaboration between professions
Qualifications
- Relevant academic education, for example in health care, nursing, or leadership
- Experience working in health care, preferably in primary care
- Experience in a management or leadership role
- Good understanding of operations management, work environment, and personnel matters
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
