Job Description
We are looking for a licensed physical therapist with at least three years of experience who wants to combine your clinical role with the task of rehabilitation coordinator – an important function for both the organization and our patients.
Experience working as a rehabilitation coordinator is a merit. If you also have background or experience in chiropractic, this is an advantage.
As we provide primary care, the patient base is varied, and you will make initial assessments for issues such as joint and muscle-related complaints.
With us you work with a broad spectrum of patient groups. Common work areas include postoperative orthopedic conditions, osteoarthritis, musculoskeletal pain conditions, stress-related illness, and neurological complaints.
We are therefore looking for someone who feels confident working with both acute and chronic conditions and who thrives in a broad and varied role.

The rehabilitation operations are established but under continuous development, which gives you the opportunity to help further develop working methods and structure based on both the organization's and patients' needs.
You will also have the opportunity to influence the continued development and planning of the rehabilitation coordinator function.
Your primary work tasks are independent patient work with a variety of individual assessments, treatments, and group activities, such as osteoarthritis school.
Qualifications
Several years of experience working in primary care
Ability to work evidence-based
Experience of teamwork in multiprofessional teams
Experience working with both acute and chronic conditions
Good knowledge of various treatment methods within physiotherapy
Good knowledge of the journal system Cosmic
Merits
Good knowledge of languages other than Swedish and English, especially Arabic and/or Syriac
Experience in business development, improvement work, or equivalent
Special expertise in areas such as chiropractic and/or experience working as a rehabilitation coordinator

Other Information
You will work full-time, Monday – Friday with the opportunity to influence your working hours between 08:00 – 17:00. There are good opportunities to plan based on your own schedule.
Your working time is 6 hours following a 6-month probation period.
