Vårdcentralen Snabbdoktor Eskilstuna opened its first health center on November 21, 2022. We are located in newly built and modern facilities in K43 in Eskilstuna. Vårdcentralen Snabbdoktor is a privately owned health center with a strong focus on quality and accessibility. Today we have nearly 6,000 registered patients and the operations continue to grow at a steady pace. We offer very flexible work arrangements including a six-hour workday and excellent opportunities for personal schedule planning as well as short decision-making processes from ideas. Job Description We are looking for you as a licensed physiotherapist with at least three years of experience who wants to combine your clinical role with the position of rehab coordinator – an important function for both the organization and our patients. Experience working as a rehab coordinator is a merit. If you also have a background or experience in chiropractic, this is an advantage. As we provide primary care, the patient base is varied, and you will conduct initial assessments for conditions such as joint and muscle-related complaints. With us you work with a broad spectrum of patient groups. Common work areas include postoperative orthopedic conditions, osteoarthritis, musculoskeletal pain conditions, stress-related illness, and neurological complaints. We are therefore looking for someone who feels confident working with both acute and chronic conditions and who thrives in a broad and varied role. Work Tasks We have strong confidence in our employees' expertise within their respective areas. With us you will have great responsibility and good opportunities to influence both the development of the rehabilitation department and the role of physiotherapy in the organization. The rehabilitation operations are established but under continuous development, which gives you the opportunity to help further develop working methods and structure based on both the organization's and patients' needs. You will also have the opportunity to influence the continued development and planning of the rehab coordinator function. Your main work tasks are independent patient work with a variety of individual assessments, treatments, and group activities, such as osteoarthritis education classes. Qualifications Several years of experience working in primary care Ability to work evidence-based Experience with teamwork in multidisciplinary teams Experience working with both acute and chronic conditions Good knowledge of various physiotherapy treatment methods Good knowledge of the Cosmic medical records system Merits Good knowledge of languages other than Swedish and English, particularly Arabic and/or Syriac Experience in operations development, improvement work, or similar Special expertise in areas such as chiropractic and/or experience working as a rehab coordinator Personal Qualities At Vårdcentralen Snabbdoktor we are proud of what we have built together.
