Vårdcentralen Snabbdoktor Eskilstuna opened its first health center on November 21, 2022. We are located in newly built and modern facilities at K43 in Eskilstuna. Snabbdoktor is a privately owned health center with a strong focus on quality and accessibility. Today we have nearly 6,000 registered patients and our operations continue to grow at a steady pace. Job Description We are now seeking a specialist in general medicine who wants to help develop Eskilstuna's most modern health center together with us. Responsibilities As a general medicine specialist, you will work with standard primary care tasks, such as outpatient work, patient assessments, diagnostics, and treatment. You will follow up with patients experiencing both acute and chronic conditions and contribute to safe and high-quality care. The role also involves collaboration with other professionals and the opportunity to participate in the center's continued development. Qualifications Licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine Experience working in primary care Strong knowledge of the Cosmic medical records system Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience with digital patient communication Experience working in multiprofessional teams Experience mentoring AT or ST physicians Interest in or experience with quality and improvement initiatives Experience working with chronic diseases and long-term patient follow-up Language skills beyond Swedish and English Personal Qualities Vårdcentralen Snabbdoktor Eskilstuna is an organization where different professionals work closely together with a shared vision and a strong patient focus.
