We are looking for you We are looking for you to become a health center manager at Närhälsan Hjällbo health center with the ambition to develop the operation together with all employees. About us Närhälsan Hjällbo health center is an established unit with just over 10,500 registered patients. The population is young, often has children, and originates from all over the world. Our child health center and Family Center are located one flight of stairs above the health center, and cooperation is very good. You will come to a positive workplace with dedicated employees who work toward continuous improvement. Based on the patient group's needs, the unit works in a team-based and multiprofessional manner. The health center has all other competencies that a health center should have, such as nurse clinics and a psychosocial team. Additionally, there are a dietitian, physiotherapist, and rehabilitation coordinator. Hjällbo has good transportation connections for potential commuting, close to the station at Gamlestadstorget and near Central Station. You are the face of the operation outward and work actively with marketing. One of your most important tasks is to stimulate continuous improvement and development work so that the operation is attractive and competitive for both employees and residents. As a manager, you play an important role in inspiring new work methods where future digitalization is high on the agenda. You are part of the primary care area's management group and together we drive the development of the entire area. Close collaboration is conducted with other health center managers as well as with support functions in HR, finance, and operations development. Cooperation also takes place with hospitals and municipalities, as well as with local patient organizations and interest groups. About you You have relevant higher education for the assignment and have experience working as a manager and/or leader, preferably within healthcare operations. You also have management and/or leadership training and previous experience working with personnel and financial responsibility. Experience working in primary care is a merit. We are looking for you to be clear and attentive in your leadership. Furthermore, you are goal- and results-oriented, and have a strong interest and desire to drive development. You have good analytical skills and a strategic approach to support the operation. In your leadership, you are someone who is attentive and engages, motivates, and involves your personnel to move the operation forward. You are a role model and standard setter who is loyal to the organization and the decisions made. Through participation, you create conditions for good cooperation in the workplace. Other information Selection will take place continuously during the application period and we are planning interviews on August 28 at the Region's house in Gothenburg. Shorter telephone interviews will be conducted before August 28.
