Vardaga is one of Sweden's largest private companies in elderly care, with over 100 care homes throughout the country as well as home care services. Vardaga is part of the Ambea Group. Location: Tierp, 40 minutes from Uppsala city center We are looking for: Care Assistant/Service Assistant Your responsibilities: - Perform simple tasks at the care home, such as emptying the dishwasher and setting the table for breakfast and other meals. - Light cleaning and laundry tasks, including filling and emptying washing machines and folding clothes. - Assist with walks and participate in other activities at the care home. - Prepare meals and if needed, assist with feeding. - Help with showers and other hygiene needs. Requirements: - You speak and understand Swedish at a good professional level (intermediate level). - You are registered as a job seeker with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). - You are eligible for the "Introduktionsjobb" (Introduction Job), "Nystartsjobb" (New Start Job), or "Etableringsjobb" (Settlement Job) programs from Arbetsförmedlingen. - You are flexible with working hours and can work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. - If you have previous experience as a personal assistant, care assistant, or similar, that is a plus. Your profile: - You are motivated to work with people. - You have a very positive attitude. - You are stress resilient. - You have a service-oriented approach.
