WORK TASKS As an employee in our LSS pool, you cover short-term absences in our various LSS activities. The work can take place at multiple units and suits you if you enjoy variety and can quickly adapt to new situations. Flexible shift changes can occur and you need to be able to work independently, in a structured manner and with good conduct regardless of where you are. QUALIFICATIONS We see that you have: • A genuine interest in working with people with functional variations. • Are secure, independent and solution-focused. You can create structure and security even in new environments. • Have good communication skills and professional conduct • Enjoy varied work and can quickly adapt to needs • Experience with the target group is a merit, but personal suitability is at least as important. • Good knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written • Class B driver's license is a requirement. The position involves day, evening and weekend work. Flexibility is important and you need to be prepared for rapid changes in the schedule.
