Job Description As a healthcare administrator at the Radiology Clinic, you have a central role in the operation and contribute to efficient administrative processes and patient-safe care. The role combines traditional healthcare administrative work with development tasks within IT and operational support. Work tasks include: - Referral handling, registration, and documentation in operational systems. - Contact with patients and employees. - Work according to local procedures and job descriptions. - Participation in operational follow-up and quality work. - Participation in developing and improving administrative processes and working methods. - Support to the operation in system-related questions. - Participation in testing, implementation, and development of new features and digital working methods. - Collaboration with operations, IT functions, and other professional groups. - Active participation in good cooperation and open dialogue in the work group.
