The Healthcare Administrator Role As a Healthcare Administrator in the Staffing Unit, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a resource for the region's various hospitals and healthcare centers. You will rotate between different operations based on needs. The length and number of consulting assignments will vary depending on the complexity of the assignments. In addition to standard Healthcare Administrator tasks, we welcome strong engagement in the Staffing Unit's work, such as improvement initiatives and participation in establishing routines and building the unit's brand. The position consists of various consulting assignments within varying operational areas. We are looking for someone with broad healthcare administration experience who wants to use that experience across our entire region. To succeed in the role, you should have current knowledge and experience with the Cosmic medical records system and be able to use it independently from day one.
