We provide healthcare administrators for the clinics: Cardiology Clinic US, Physiology Clinic US, and Thoracic and Vascular Clinic. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and well-organized healthcare administrator for a combined position at 100%, where 40% of the time involves responsibility for scheduling and 60% consists of work alongside colleagues in the healthcare administration team. As a healthcare administrator, you are an important part of the daily operations. Together with your healthcare administration colleagues, you contribute to creating a well-functioning administrative flow for both patients and other professional categories. The 60% includes varied administrative tasks, such as scheduled reception shifts, phone coverage in TeleQ, and serving as a resource person for other professional categories in the department. As a resource person, you are flexible and helpful wherever needed—for example, calling in patients, handling administrative work related to rounds, and other tasks that contribute to smooth daily operations. The remaining 40% involves special responsibility for scheduling in Tessa. You collect and compile scheduling requests from the physician group and weigh these against the department's needs, staffing, and resources. The goal is to create a thoughtful, sustainable, and efficient schedule that works for both the department and its employees. An important part of the task is also daily management and handling of changes in departmental needs, such as unexpected absences, staffing changes, or other unforeseen situations. You will work closely and continuously with the scheduling physician, and together you will ensure that the scheduling maintains high quality and supports the department's mission. About You YH education as a healthcare administrator, medical secretary, or equivalent. You have good computer and system skills and are comfortable with various digital environments. Experience with scheduling and work in Tessa is a merit. You are independent and have a good ability to prioritize your tasks. You are organized, thorough, reliable, and dedicated with good communication skills. You work with positive interactions toward everyone you meet and work to create and maintain trust while respecting employees' integrity. You are flexible in your work and have a good sense of service and collaboration. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and skills.
