Description
At Våmhus Home Care, we work with our hearts close to our clients. We meet people in their homes and provide support so they can live safe, dignified, and independent lives. Our work means a lot – both for our clients and for each other. Now we are looking for staff members to join our team – both for temporary and permanent positions.
Job Responsibilities
As a home care staff member, you work independently but always with the support of a dedicated team. You assist our clients with personal care, personal hygiene support, social support, and health care tasks on delegation.
The work is varied and gives you the opportunity to meet many different people in their daily lives. You will be based in the Våmhus area, but work may also occur in other home care groups within Mora Municipality when needed – therefore we are looking for someone who is flexible and enjoys variety.
Qualifications
For the permanent position, you must be a trained nursing assistant with professional credentials.
We are looking for someone with good Swedish language skills and knowledge of data and technology relevant to home care.
It is a great plus if you have experience working in home care or elderly care.
Other Requirements
A category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles is required for this position, as you will be traveling between our clients in Våmhus and surrounding areas.
Abilities and Skills
You are committed, empathetic, and responsible, and you are confident and independent, but you enjoy working in a team.
