You will work together with our archives and records team, which consists of five archivists, two records officers, and a case handler with the same responsibilities as this position. Work Responsibilities The School Inspectorate's public documents consist largely of material from the agency's inspections and licensing reviews. There is significant public interest in the School Inspectorate's public documents. In this role, you will work with the disclosure of public information with accompanying secrecy review according to the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act in matters submitted for archiving. You will work with secrecy review of classified information before disclosure of public documents and, when applicable, prepare decision-making documents for decisions on secrecy assessments. In addition to these main duties, other related work tasks of a case-handling or administrative nature related to disclosure matters may arise. When time permits, the role will also involve assisting the archives and records team with questions of a legal nature. We are Looking for You With a law degree With 1–3 years of documented work experience in legal matters Able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing Meritorious Experience with disclosure of public information including secrecy review according to the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act Good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or equivalent Your Qualities As a case handler for disclosures, you need to have a strong sense of responsibility for your work tasks and a careful, structured, and efficient working method. You have the ability to quickly understand contexts in different operations and you have a holistic perspective. We would like you to have good communication skills and the ability to express yourself in an accessible way orally and in writing. Additionally, you need to have good collaboration skills and be service-oriented toward the public, which requires you to act in accordance with the agency's policies, guidelines, and procedures. We value high flexibility without compromising work quality. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. The possibility to enter into an agreement for remote work exists. The Position The position is a full-time role, starting according to agreement. A 6-month probationary period applies.
