1 position(s). Welcome to Stadsparken Preschools! We are now looking for a preschool teacher who wants to become part of our team! With us, a group of very dedicated educators works to transform and develop preschool with the children's best interests in focus. Our preschool area consists of four preschools with a shared organization. We have worked together since fall 2017, and since then we have made great progress in developing collaboration in the area. Among other things, we have developed four core values that form the basis of our shared approach: welcoming, trust, learning, and meaning-making. We are a large organization where new thinking, creativity, and ideas are warmly welcomed. In our area, there are various networks for collegial learning, including developing our learning environments both outdoors and indoors. With us, you work together in a team with both preschool teachers and childcare assistants. In Falun Municipality, we have five professional development days per school year where we work on planning, follow-up, analysis, and continuing education. Job Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you have a clear responsibility for planning, implementation, follow-up, and evaluation/development of education. You will carry out this work together with other educators based on the goals in Lpfö18. You work consciously and systematically based on children's needs, curiosity, and interests, so that our competent children receive a safe, enjoyable, and educational preschool experience. Qualifications The role requires: Licensed preschool teacher Personal Qualities As a person, you are dedicated, attentive, and responsible. You are confident in your leadership role and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues, children, and guardians. Dedicated, positive, and development-oriented are words that characterize you. We would like to see someone who is engaged in their own learning and has the ability to translate their knowledge into the intentions of the curriculum for higher goal achievement for our preschool children. Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of working with pedagogical documentation We place great importance on personal suitability in the filling of this position.
