JOB DUTIES A central part of your assignment is to be responsible for welfare technology within home care services. You install and uninstall technical solutions, conduct home visits, and show users and family members how the technology works. You are also responsible for administration, documentation, follow-up, and contact with suppliers and service providers. Welfare technology is a rapidly developing field. As we introduce more digital and technical solutions, your assignment will gradually encompass more products and services. This could include, for example, digital locks, sensors, and other solutions that create increased security, independence, and quality for Lidingö residents. This means that you need to be curious about technology, want to learn new systems, and at the same time be able to meet people with different needs and conditions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in both people and technology. You enjoy solving problems, providing service, and explaining technology in a simple and pedagogical way. You are comfortable meeting with elderly people and family members and have an easy time collaborating with different professional groups. You need to be able to plan and structure your own work, while being flexible when today's schedule needs to change. You take responsibility for tasks being completed and documented and have an unpretentious approach to colleagues, users, and collaboration partners. We would like to see that you are curious about how new technology can contribute to the development of care and want to be part of turning digitalization into concrete benefit in people's everyday lives. • We see that you have at least two years of documented work experience within elderly care/care, welfare technology, or technology/service directed at private individuals. • Class B driver's license for car with manual transmission • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing • Good computer skills and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital systems. • Experience with installation and management of safety alarms and digital locks within home care services • Experience with administrative work related to the field • Experience with other welfare technology solutions Employment form: Permanent employment.
