Rēzeknes valstspilsētas pašvaldība announces public applications for the position of board member of the municipal capital company SIA "Austrumlatvijas koncertzāle" Areas of Responsibility: planning and management of the company's administrative work processes; organization of technical and technological support necessary for the Society's operations; guest performance concert management; cooperation with the municipality and municipal institutions; cooperation with cultural institutions in Latvia and the Latgale region, EU countries; cooperation with state institutions - the Ministry of Culture, VSIA "Latvijas Koncerti", etc.; organization of administrative activities, including human resources and document management, collection and analysis of statistical data; determination of the Society's structures, necessary positions, and development of employee remuneration systems; financial management, financial planning and business planning in accordance with the budget; ensuring that the Society's financial resources and assets are used and spent lawfully, economically and purposefully in compliance with regulatory requirements. Mandatory Requirements: - Impeccable reputation; - Academic higher education or second-level professional higher education (excluding first-level professional higher education) in economics, finance and business management; - at least 5 years of experience in the last 10 years in a board member position or equivalent senior management position, or in a management-level employee position directly subordinate to such position, providing management competence and knowledge necessary to professionally perform board member duties; - knowledge of the state language at the highest level and knowledge of at least one official EU foreign language at least at B level; - experience in strategic management, corporate governance or administrative management issues; - knowledge and understanding of: - concert management or cultural field work management, organization and planning; - knowledge and understanding of financial management issues, company management, including risk management, financial resource management and annual report preparation; - knowledge and understanding of public person capital company operations and management; - knowledge and understanding of procurement processes; - knowledge and understanding of business management; - knowledge and understanding of personnel management (supervising no fewer than 40 employees) and crisis (change) management; - knowledge and understanding of marketing management. Compliance Requirements: - compliance with and consent to observe the restrictions on combining state official positions set out in Articles 6 and 7 of the Law "On Prevention of Conflict of Interest in the Activities of State Officials", the procedure for compliance with the restrictions on combining state official positions set out in Articles 8 and 81, and to prevent other possible conflict of interest situations if elected to the position of board member; - compliance with and consent to the status of state official and the restrictions established for it; - restrictions for candidates set out in Article 37, fourth part of the Public Person Capital Shares and Capital Company Management Law. Compensation – 3,158 EUR (before tax payment).
