Facility Manager/Service Worker/FM Coordinator, Nacka Sodexo is responsible for facility management, waste handling, mail, goods, conference services, security, SBA, reception/switchboard, facilities maintenance, and more for a client in Nacka. We are looking for someone who is handy and has experience working as a service worker/facility manager and enjoys solving problems with the customer in focus. Working with us is varied, challenging, and requires great personal commitment. This job is for you if you like having a lot to do and having the day go by quickly. You should be flexible and able to switch between routine tasks and different assignments that come up. Your tasks will include: Troubleshooting and maintenance Troubleshooting with AV technology and printers, plus contact with suppliers Performing moves, rearrangements, and furniture assembly Coordination of special services, major moves, suppliers, and operations SBA rounds Managing orders and deliveries Mail and goods handling Inspection rounds of various kinds, light bulb replacement in the facility, exterior rounds Waste and recycled paper handling Helping with other tasks as needed Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent At least three years of experience with similar tasks Good computer skills Good physical condition as the work sometimes involves heavy lifting Very good knowledge of Swedish and English Some technical competence Personal Qualities: Ability to work at a sometimes high pace Easy to collaborate and responsive to customer requests Good social skills, open and outgoing Good sense of organization and high quality standards Very high service orientation Employment Type and Working Hours: The position is permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
