Hundreds of guests visit us every week, which can lead to both damage and wear and tear. That's why we need someone with strong expertise in operating commercial buildings. We are now looking for Maintenance staff who can ensure that the hotel is well maintained and that the desired standard is upheld. This is a job that requires you to be practical and have a good understanding of technical solutions. Curious about what the role entails? Daily operation of the building. Follow regulatory requirements and adhere to the laws and regulations required. Monitor and follow up on energy consumption and ensure that the hotel always performs according to the chain's environmental index. Follow the suppliers and service agreements we have. Daily maintenance ranging from painting and repairs to upkeep of outdoor areas. You understand that the guest always comes first and ensure that all functions and facilities at the hotel are always available to guests. You strive to work as sustainably as possible. Does this sound like you? You have a technical background with experience in operation and management of complex buildings. You must enjoy solving problems, be flexible, and be able to step in on short notice. We further wish that you are flexible, have a good sense of humor, good communication skills, are hardworking, and reliable. You must be organized, structured, and clear.
