About the role As a Caretaker, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for ensuring that our customer's office and facilities convey an overall experience of a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. You will work with the maintenance and upkeep of the customer's facilities. The work tasks are varied and you will work in different environments. We therefore value your personal and unpretentious commitment highly, as well as your ability to handle situations that arise. Your work tasks will include: Supervision, maintenance, and minor repairs Patrolling the customer's facilities and reporting deviations according to set guidelines and acting within your mandate Inventorying, ordering, and restocking materials according to established procedures Reporting equipment and inventory faults related to facilities covered by the service Handling internal and external mail and goods, delivering shipments to various addresses Forklift operation Furniture assembly Light handyman tasks The position is full-time, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period. Who we're looking for We are looking for someone with strong social skills and the ability to see what needs to be done and drive work forward independently. You feel comfortable in the role as a company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. We would like you to easily build good relationships with both customers and colleagues and have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and team-based. You have a high school education and experience working in a similar role. We would also like to see experience from service professions. It is meritorious if you have knowledge of building technology and can perform minor repairs. You need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good IT skills. We would like you to be handy and have an interest in electronics and/or machinery. A B-level driver's license is required. About the Swedish Armed Forces The Swedish Armed Forces is a Swedish government agency responsible for the country's defense. Therefore, Swedish citizenship is required for positions within the Swedish Armed Forces' activities. Furthermore, the position involves placement in a security classification, which means that a security clearance with record checks will be conducted before employment.
