We are looking for a facilities manager for our client in Stockholm. We are looking for someone with experience working as a facilities manager, who is positive, proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
Working with us is varied, challenging, and requires great personal commitment. This job is for you if you like having a lot to do and your day goes by quickly. You should be flexible and able to switch between routine tasks and different work assignments that come up.
Your tasks will include:
Troubleshooting and maintenance
Inspection rounds of various kinds, light replacements in the building, external rounds
Performing moves, rearrangements, and furniture assembly
Coordination/project management
Handling orders and deliveries
Helping with anything the customer needs
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least three years of experience with similar work tasks
Good computer skills
Good physical condition as the work sometimes involves heavy lifting
Very good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written)
Some technical competence
Personal Qualities:
Ability to work at a sometimes fast pace
Easy to collaborate with and receptive to customer requests
Good social competence, open and outgoing
Good sense of organization and order and high quality standards
Very high service orientation
Employment Form and Hours:
The position is permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are daytime.
